Christmas… Christmas… and even more Christmas

Here at OUTinPerth, we’re stealing the march on Christmas and getting in early, with the OUTinPerth Christmas and first year anniversary party to be held on the 8th of December at Connections outdoor terrace bar. Community groups and friends are welcome to join us from 7.30 to toast the year that was, however RSVP is essential so if you would like to join in the festivities, email us at party@www.outinperth.com

Of course in wouldn’t be Christmas without timetables clashes would it? If you’re in the mood for some Christmas Carols, the Gay and Lesbian singers are welcoming everyone to join them at the Pioneer Women’s Memorial in Kings Park, also on the 8th at 7.30pm for an informal get together and carol singing.

While both of us might have got in early, it’s not by much, as across town the Bears Christmas party is on the same night at 9pm. For more details you can contact Paul Hayter on 9271 1685.

On Sunday 9th December GLCS is holding a Christmas BBQ to thank their supporters, vollies and members for another year of selfless service to our community. The BBQ kicks off at 4pm at the Marri Gazebo in the Lotterywest Family Area of Kings Park, just off Kings Park Road. All are welcome, including those who might be interested in volunteering with us in 2008.

Last but never least, Queers 4 Reconciliation are inviting friends old and new to Christmas drinks at the Court Hotel at 5pm on the 18th of December.
