Freddie Mercury has been remembered ahead of Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras with some of our best performers and sportsmen donning moustaches for a tribute to the late singer.

Matthew Mitcham is joined by Rhys Bobidge, drag king Rocco D’Amore, Joyce Maynge, Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Choir and a troupe of dancing Freddies.

The whole shebang was choreographed by Sydney Drag Queen Minnie Cooper.
