Sir Ian McKellen and Sir Derek Jacobi Get Vicious

VICIOUS_EPISODE1_002-001‘Vicious’ the television comedy series starring Sir Ian McKellen and Sir Derek Jacobi wil have it’s Australian premiere tonight on 7Two.

McKellen and Jacobi play Freddie and Stuart, a couple who have been together for 49 years and have a love-hate relationship. Freddie was an actor,

Iwan Rheon, from ‘Game of Thrones’, plays Ash their young heterosexual neighbour while Francis de la Tour portrays their friend Violet Crosby.

The show was created by Gary Janetti, who previously the Executive Producer of ‘Will and Grace’. Janetti has also appeared in their real life series ‘It’s a Brad Brad Life’ which follows his boyfriend stylist Brad Goreski.

The series first aired in the United Kingdom in 2013, and a seconds series will be filmed this year.
