One Direction Announce Stadium Tour

1d_backgroundOne Direction have announced a stadium tour for 2014. The website One Big Announcement counted down until 7:15pm local time when the announcement was due to be made, but the site immediately crashed alongside the bands main website.

Within seconds though the news was out via Twitter and a YouTube video that the band would be embarking on a massive stadium tour in 2014. The first series of dates are for Ireland, the United Kingdom and South America. The band has also promised more dates and countries will be added.
