It was a huge honour for OUTinPerth to sponsor the screenings of locally made documentary It’s Not Just Me at this year’s Revelation International Film Festival.

Director Jonathan Messer and two of the stars of the film Simon and David appeared on the cover of OUTinPerth earlier this year.

Now the documentary has been accepted into the Mardi Gras Film Festival in Sydney and the team have launched a fundraising campaign to help send the whole cast and crew to the screening.

The funds will allow the team to take part in a Q&A screening at the festival which runs from 15 February to 2 March 2018.

Since screening in Perth the film has been awarded the Best LGBT Documentary at the 2017 Atlanta Docufest and also screened at the Awareness Film Festival in Los Angeles.

Head to their GoFundMe page and show them some love.
