Local queer artists talk visibility at The Blue Room

Some of Perth’s most fabulous LGBTIQ+ talent are coming together to discuss what it means to be a queer artist this Wednesday evening.

Mitch Whelan, Sally Richardson and Veronica Jean Jones will be on the panel, touching on a range of issues from the postal survey on marriage equality to being a visible queer artist in Western Australia.

Now a mainstay at Connections Nightclub and The Court Hotel, VJJ has worked with the WA AIDS Council, Fringe Festival, TAFE WA, runs her own cosmetic glitter line, and appeared on the cover of OUTinPerth.
