AIDS Candlelight Memorial

The 24th Annual International AIDS Candlelight Memorial on May 20th was commemorated at the Perth Aids Memorial in a ceremony organized by The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence of Perth City House. The annual event is co-ordinated by Global Health, who collaborate with 1500 communities in 111 countries to honor all those who have been affected by the AIDS pandemic. Amongst those keeping the vigil in Perth were representatives from community organizations including OPI, PLWHA WA Inc, WAAC and Pride.
