Celebrate Bi+ Visibility Day with a picnic in Russell Square this Sunday


Bi Visibility Day is just around the corner, and Perth’s bisexual+ community are celebrating with a picnic this weekend.

First observed a decade ago in 1999 on September 23rd, Bi Visibility Day is a day for acknowledging and celebrating the bisexual+ culture and community around the world.

This Sunday, Bisexual+ Community Perth are inviting bi+ folk, friends and family to Russell Square for a BYO picnic with games, activities and good company.

The team are also encouraging picnic-goers to wear purple, pink and blue to light up the park in the colours of the bi+ flag.

Bi+ Visibility Picnic will be held in Russell Square this Sunday 22nd September from 12pm. For more information head to Facebook.
