Hanson Against Gay Marriage and Adoption

Pauline HansonPauline Hanson has tackled the topic of same sex marriage in her first interview since announcing her return to politics.

Speaking to Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O on 2DayFM, Hanson argued that same sex marriage was ‘not what the diggers fought for’ while outlining her opposition against same sex marriage, adoption and access to reproductive technology.

Hanson, the former leader of right wing political party One Nation, recently announced her intention to return to politics saying their was no “representation” of Australian people or life in the federal parliament.

During the interview with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O, Hanson argued that gay marriage could lead to gay adoption and that there would be “a price to pay”.
