Rosalie Chilvers is back with new tune ‘Tiny Tshirts’

Perth-based pop rock artist Rosalie Chilvers, returning with her new single Tiny Tshirts. The new track will be out on Thursday, April 30, alongside its accompanying music video.

Whiplashing gusto and glitter, this glossy pop-rock anthem brings an unapologetic energy, built for the night out and louder feelings.

For the unfamiliar, at just 20 years old, Rosalie has made a name for herself, releasing her 2025 debut EP Don’t Play in Traffic to a response that saw her supporting the likes of Hot Chelle Rae and several Australian artists, including Playlunch, FANGZ and Noah Dillon.

Rosalie has also appeared at major festivals including Hyperfest (2024), SIDEFEST (2025) and Albany Pride Fest (2026), alongside being named a 2025 Sound States Mentee following her 2024 WAM Song of the Year nomination.

Speaking about the new tune Rosalie shared that it’s about moving on from a bad relationshop.

“Tiny Tshirts is a song about moving on from a toxic relationship dynamic, not only with your ex but with their family. The song was directly inspired by the night 2 years after our breakup, my ex’s mum accidentally liked an insta photo of mine and it brought me right back into those feelings of judgement…Sometimes the ultimate answer to your problems is to put on a tiny t-shirt and go out with your friends.”

The music video traces the spiral set off by a single Instagram like, beginning with the moment she sees it and calls her friends over. From getting ready together to heading out into a blur of club lights and shaky camera angles, the night unfolds in a haze of drunken chaos and disorientation. Through it all, it is her girlfriends who steady the moment, helping her let go and actually enjoy the night.

The release of the new tune will be followed by a run of shows that will see Rosalie and her band perform in Perth, Melbourne and a very special show supporting WAAX.
