The SongBirds Fly South

image001Acclaimed three-part harmony group The SongBirds are heading to Australia for their first down-under tour.

The tour kicks off April 27 at The Ellington in Perth followed by shows at The Toff in Town in Melbourne, 505 in Sydney and The Brisbane Jazz Club.

Brought together by their love of singing, vintage fashion and music of a time gone by, The SongBirds are three internationally renowned vocalists.- soul diva Erica Canales, Latin Grammy winner Gaby Moreno, and Australia’s own Dannielle DeAndrea.

Hailing from Guatemala, Texas and Australia, the Los Angeles based trio has created their signature sound by fusing three part harmonies from the 1920’s and 1930’s, exotic soul and vintage sounds with modern instrumentation and lyrics.

Check out the Sogbirds debut EP on iTunes and book a ticket to catch their show at The Ellington, Sunday 27th April special afternoon show at 3pm.
