Suzi Quatro will bring her "stripped back" show to The Regal Theatre

Rocker Suzi Quatro has a new album No Control that fans are loving, a career documentary Suzi Q in the can and sold out shows around the world, now, Suzi has added 8 special Australian shows to her schedule including two at Perth’s Regal Theatre.

Suzi explains that for this new tour she wanted to strip everything back.

“I want to strip everything back to the original sounds for these shows; bass, drums, keys and guitar. It will be exciting to be raw again. Back to basics. This is what everyone signed on for.”

The It’s Only Rock ‘N’ Roll tour will see Suzi performing her greatest hits such as Can The Can, 48 Crash, If You Can’t Give Me Love, She’s In Love With You and Devil Gate Drive.

Suzi released the studio album No Control earlier this year, with eleven new songs and two bonus tracks. No Control features a first-time studio collaboration with her son Richard Tuckey as Producer.

Suzi Q the career spanning documentary, featuring interviews with many of Suzi’s contemporaries and key stakeholders has been four years in the making is expected to premiere at the Melbourne Film Festival in August, followed by a cinema release in October.

The tour kicks off on Sunday 27th October with the first of two shows at The Regal Theatre, the second show is on Monday 28th October. Tickets are available from Ticketek.
