Tom Daley shares Olympic fitness tips on YouTube

Out Olympian and eternal cutie Tom Daley has begun a series of videos revealing his fitness secrets for his YouTube fans.

In the first of the series, Daley shares his love for the health benefits of lemons – with a handful of gratuitous shots of the results to boot.

Daley was recently spending some time in Queensland, training for the upcoming Rio De Janiero Olympic Games.
