Here’s some answers to the Frequently Asked Questions about the event.

Where is Pure Bar?

Pure Bar is 331 Hay Street in Subiaco. It’s near the intersection of Hay St and Townshend Rd.

What is the aim of the event?

The Queer Business Network aims to provide an opportunity for LGBTIQ people and their allies to meet and develop their professional networks.

What professions can come along?

Any profession can come along, whatever you do for a living you’re welcome and will have something to contribute.

What should I wear, I’m worried that I don’t own a tie?

Wear neat and tidy clothes. You don’t need to wear tie. We don’t wear ties.

Can I get a ticket on the door?

Absolutely.

I bought a ticket online, will it be posted to me?

Your name will be on the door.

What does the cover price of $15.00 cover?

Once you arrive you’re first drink will be provided and their be food to nibble on too. There’ll be special prices and offers for your second drink too.

What times does it end?

The event officially ends at 7:30pm, but people are welcome to stay longer.

Why should I have a professional network?

Whatever you do for a living it’s a great advantage to know people in other businesses and professions. A network of contacts might allow you to develop new business, gain advice, share your knowledge or learn new skills.

Can I give a presentation about my business at QBN?

Who organises the QBN?
