Last year the show set up a scenario where a waitress was rude to a family with same-sex parents, now the show has revisited GLBTI issues by presenting a trans* teenager coming out to his mother. Two actors role play a son telling his mother that he is trans* and the diners nearby react in a variety of diffferent ways.

The experiment got a surprising result though when some PFLAG parents were nearby.
