Toby Beard is launching her new record in Fremantle this weekend

Perth local Toby Beard is constantly touring the globe, in fact it’s become a rare event to catch her in her home town.

Recently she’s played shows in The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Belgium and Switzerland promoting her new six-track EP Fall Into Me.

Her most recent jaunt featured 37 shows throughout five countries, and where ever Toby plays she takes her family in tow including her wife Amy and two young children.

Toby said working with Eskimo Joe’s Joel Quartermain to create the new record was an amazing experience.

“Working with Joel Quartermain is always amazing. He is such a creative soul and belongs in the studio.” Toby said.

Quartermain recorded and produced half the album and also played drums, bass, keys and electric guitar on the tracks. The other half was recorded by Rada Studio’s Matt Gio.

Toby will release the EP at the new Fly By Nightclub in Fremantle on Saturday 24 June. Grab your tickets from the Fly By Night Club
