Callout for performers for 'Q Lounge' youth space launch in Kwinana

The Zone Youth Space and its LGBTIQ+ social support group Unique As has been developing a new queer space in Kwinana.

Q Lounge aims to celebrate, empower and promote the value of diversity and rainbow young people.

The new space will launch on Saturday 31st August to celebrate Wear It Purple Day with a social event for LGBTIQ+ young people 15 to 24.

The Live Entertainment Lounge will be open 5:30pm to 9pm, showcasing some amazing local LGBTIQA+ young talent, serving mocktails and delicious food. Come for the music, stay for the laughs.

The team are currently looking for young performers who would like to gain experience performing, build a network with other performers and expose themselves to the different organisations and services who will be attending our events.

Q Lounge are looking for all types of LGBTIQ+ performers, singers, dancers, drag queens, slam poets.
