Misua, a contestant who was set to appear on the upcoming fourth season of Drag Race Philippines, has sadly passed away.
The season’s cast has not yet been announced as filming is still underway. Production company World of Wonder posted a statement today confirming the artist passed away in her sleep on Thursday, 2 April.
“She brought light, artistry, and joy to those around her, and she will be deeply missed,” the statement read.
“We are in contact with her family who have asked for privacy during this time.”
World of Wonder say they have paused production to support the cast, crew and broader team during this difficult time.
