Making appearances at the expo will be Michelle Bridges and The Commando from ‘The Biggest Loser’, boxer Jake Mathews, fitness and diet expert Kim Beach, and celebrity trainer Max Philisaire (pictured above).

On Friday afternoon when the expo opened Philisaire posed for photos with fans and challenged admires to push up challenges – he won every time.

Also on display is a ton of the latest fitness equipment, supplements, sports clothes, pre-amde meals, energy drinks and a wealth of pathways towards living a healthier and fitter life.

The Fitness and Health Expo is open on Saturday and Sunday from 1am until 5pm at the Perth Convention Centre
