Tkay Maidza – Must Be

It’s a new era for Tkay Maidza with new single Must Be. So far the Harare-Perth-Kalgoorlie-Whyalla-Adelaide raised artist has put out two albums and a series of EPs since arriving on the scene back in 2013. The OUTinPerth team were early fans of Maidza and we put her on the cover of our September 2013 issue.

Isak Danielson – Always You

This is the new track from Swedish singer Isak Danielson. It’s another slice of his signature sad sounds. Heartbreaking ballads are his specialty.

Conan Gray – The Best

This is an additional track Conan Gray is adding to the deluxe version of his Wishbone album that came out late last year.

Lizzo – Don’t Make Me Love U

This is the third single from Lizzo’s upcoming album Love in Real Life. and there’s a lot going on in this video. Lizzo put out the title track to the album over a year ago, and followed it up with second single Still Bad. She also put out a ‘mixtape’ album My Face Hurts From Smiling that featured a whopping 24 tunes. Has Lizzo lost her way? Maybe.

Snail Mail – Tractor Beam

New album Richochet has just arrived. Snail Mail has another infectious indie rock tune with Tractor Beam. This is the third album from Lindsay Erin Jordan.

Rogue Traders – Next Words

Here’s another track from the Rogue Trader’s upcoming album Midnight Alarms. It’s an epic number but not the dance floor orientated sound that they’re famous for. It’s just been announced that lead singer Natalie Bassingthwaite will be bringing out an autobiography later this year.
