International Coming Out Day

For many of you that remember the struggles/benefits of coming out to friends and family, today is a day for many that are taking that daunting leap.

Today is International Coming Out Day, where globally closeted members of the LGBTIQ community are taking the opportunity to tell loved ones about their diverse sexuality.

The day not only gives a global platform for LGBT people to come out, it also serves as a day to promote LGBT rights and equality.
