Misfit Veronica Sawyer, originally portrayed by Winona Ryder, starts her new life at Westerberg High where she meets the notorious queen bees of the school – The Heathers.

When Veronica falls in love with the mysterious JD, she is exiled from the Heathers after having just joined their ranks. She seeks revenge – but her new beau takes it a little further than Veronica had originally planned…

Created by Kevin Murphy (Desperate Housewives), Laurence O’Keefe (Legally Blonde) and Andy Fickman (She’s The Man), WAAPA’s musical theatre students couldn’t wait to get their hands on this camp musical extravaganza.

Heathers: The usical will be at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts from Saturday March 18th – Saturday March 25th. For tickets and more information, head to waapa.ecu.edu.au
