Not downloading Series 5 of The L-Word, now screening in the US, is clearly the right thing to do. Of course, you won’t be able to talk to lesbians for months for fear of spoilers, but you will feel noble as you watch later this year and wonder if Seven pays new series prices for what will be re-runs for most.
