Written and directed by Michel Laprise, KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities is a tale in which time comes to a complete stop, transporting the audience inside a fantasy world where everything is possible. In this realm set in the latter half of the nineteenth century, reality is quite relative indeed as our perception of it is utterly transformed.

Yannick Spierkel, Company Manager of KURIOS said the company were excited about bring the show back to Perth and moving in to a new home in Claremont.

“This is my third time in Australia with Cirque du Soleil and the people of Perth have always given us a warm welcome to their beautiful city. I am excited to introduce KURIOS to Perth and bring the Big Top to our new home at Claremont Showgrounds.”

Since its debut, critics have been raving across North America, Japan, Singapore and now Australia, where KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities premiered in Sydney on 2 October. Next the show will head north to Queensland, opening in Brisbane on 10th January 2020, a Melbourne season will commence on 12th March 2020, and Adelaide’s turn will start on 29th May 2020.

Tickets are available for purchase to the general public beginning Monday 4 November at 10am by visiting cirquedusoleil.com/kurios
