Kylie’s been locked away working on her thirteenth album since the start of the year. Recently signed with new management and a new record label – is Kylie in for big changes?

Producer Nom De Strip has posted a sample of their collaboration on his Soundcloud page. ‘Skirt’ is written by The Dream who previously penned Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’, Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’ and the Madonna and Britney collaboration ‘Me Against The Music’.
