Pride Solvent

pride flagPride WA have annouced that they have successfully negotiated with their creditors to reduce their debt and have returned to a solvent trading position.

At the organisations AGM Acting Treasurer Daniel Smith presented an overview of the group’s finances, noting that full accounts were currently being prepared. It was revealed that Pride ended the 2012 year with a loss of $31,479 for the year. After working with the groups major creditors a large number of debts had been written off, returning the organsiation to a solvent position with net assetts of $1,110.

A new committee was elected including Daniel Smith, Graham Lovelock, Marcus Remta, John Vidovich, Jeff McDonald, Michelle Rigg, Sue Fisher, Laura Foster, Aimee Barber, Andrea Findley and Bronny Coombes. Dean Cahill was the only member of the 2012 committee to seek re-election. All were elected unopposed.
