Many lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people still worry that their sexuality at work will have negative consequences. What can businesses do to support LGBT employees?

On Thursday morning a business forum will meet over breakfast and discuss the main issues relating to the challenge.

Speaking at the event will be Willie Rowe, a board member of the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations and Graeme Watson the co-owner of Speirins Media, the publisher of OUTinPerth.

It’s a great opportunity to discuss this topic, get answers to your questions surrounding it and find out more about what challenges LGBT people face in the workplace.

The breakfast will be held at COMO The Treasury in The Mark Function Room. Final tickets are available now
