Woman who shouted abuse at Pride Parade has been sentenced

A British woman who shouted abuse at a Pride Parade in East London earlier this year has been sentenced in a British court.

Footage of the woman, who was dressed in an Islamic Nikab, was seen around the world.

The vision captured her shouting abuse at the Walthamstow Forrest Pride Parade.

Jamila Choudry, who lives in Walthamstow was arrested two days after the footage was seen around the globe.

In the video, she was heard shouting: “God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

“Shame on you, shame on all of you. Shame on you, you despicable people. Shame on you, you shameless people.”

She was charged with a hate crime, and on October 3rd was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay nine people £100 each and attend anger management training.
