Pride Theatre Season

Pride is about to explode across the local stage in four ways than one! Yes, Pride Theatre Season is approaching and with it comes four fabulous reasons to get out and about. These four fabulous reasons to get your drama on are spread across The Blue Room and PICA and are all proudly brought to you in conjunction with The Court Hotel and, of course, Pride WA. First off is Duck Duck Goose at The Blue Room from September 16 to October 4. With director Jeffery Jay Fowler at the helm, this dark comedy is about the choices one makes when it comes to losing it… your virginity that is. Next up is Her Aching Heart at PICA from October 7 to 11 at 7pm, a lesbian romp through time where passion is pushed and pulled in a class struggle of temporal dimensions. Then, same place same dates but at 9pm, comes the decidedly dark and thoroughly filthy The Adventures of Butt Boy and Tigger. Written by the prolific Steven Dawson, this highly anticipated production proves to be a cyber dating scream. Then the season wraps up with Dying City at The Blue Room from October 16 to November 1, a tale of grief and confession brought to you by Christopher Shinn. All up, this season promises to be amazing.
