RTRFM Announce Radiothon Party Lineup

RTRfm’s annual pledge drive shindig is set to be a Northbridge-wide celebration of music.

Partygoers at RTR’s Radiothon will be able to catch awesome acts in The Bakery, the Bird, YaYa’s and Flyrite. The acts and their associated venues are as follows:

YaYa’s: Dream Rimmy, Loners, HAMJAM and Hideous Sun Demon.

The Bakery: Savoir, Rainy Day Women, Kučka, Davey Craddock and the Spectatcles, and the Weapon is Sound.

The Bird: Coin Banks, Marksman Lloyd, Kid Tsunami and Empty.

Flyrite: Sable, Slumberjack and Lower Spectrum, as well as RTRFM’s Cloud Wave DJs.

RTRFM’s Radiothon Party and 10 day Radiothon Pledge Drive are crucial fundraising events for this community radio station. Those who subscribe during Radiothon get the chance to win a bunch pf prizes, including a ten day Gecko Adventures Trip to Borneo, a MacBook Air and a set of AKG headphones.

The Radiothon Party kicks off in Northbridge on Friday the 15th of August at 8pm. More information and ticket bookings are available on RTR’s website.
