Much-loved Perth drag performer and mistress of The Court Hotel Hannah Conda has announced she is leaving us for the fair shores of Sydney.

The queen amongst queens told OUTinPerth:

“I’m making a big break over there, I’m moving over pretty much just to further my drag career and challenge myself. It’s always been one of my goals to be a Sydney showgirl, and hopefully I can make that dream happen.”

Of course, it would be impossible to let her go without a proper send off, and The Court Hotel will be hosting her Farewell Party on May 29th. Details are available on Facebook.

Hannah Conda graces our cover this month in true diva style, so be sure to pick up a copy and read our full interview with Hannah in which she shares the good times, the not so good times, and where it all started.
