Step Back in Time

Queer favourites Bananarama are heading to Australia in October. The everlasting duo are amongst a host of big name stars of the 70’s and 80’s that were revealed today as part the first line up announcement for the Rewind Festival.

Sister Sledge, Kool and the Gang, ABC, Nik Kershaw, Go West, Midge Ure, Spandau Ballet front man Tony Hadley and The Human League will join Australian acts Pseudo Echo, Ross Wilson, Mental as Anything and John Paul Young for the three day festival set to be held at Kembla Grange near Woolongong.

The Rewind Festival has been a popular in the United Kingdom since 2009 and is aimed at an older audience and is also family friendly. Camping and Glamour Camping packages will be available for the event that runs from October 28 – 30.

Tickets available through Moshtix from July 25.
