What Does It Take to be a Dancer in Madonna's Show?

MadonnaThe other day we showed you how to work out like Superman. Now here’s your chance to see how fit you need to be to be a backing dancer for a Madonna tour.

This week Madonna premiered her new concert documentary of her most recent tour. It’ll be out on DVD later this year. Now EPIX the cable channel which will screen the documentary in the USA has released online this little micro doc showing the dancers behind the scenes. Dancer attended a workshop for 6 days as part of the auditioning process to go on the MDNA tour.

Meanwhile Madonna has continued showing off her fitness becoming one of the first celebrities to post a Instagram video. The popular photo sharing phone app introduced video to its service earlier this week. Madonna posted a short video of her working out in her bathroom while chanting “booty pop”.

The singer later invited 500 0f her biggest fans to audition for the chance to work out with her in NYC. Madonna spoke to ‘Good Morning America’ about her tour and let them tag along to her work out with fans. Watch the video here.

Madonna has her own chain of Hard Candy fitness centres and her personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer has released a series of DVD’s called ‘Addicted to Sweat’ that she the superstar’s work out moves.
